Notebook was running Windows 7 when I started getting the Get Windows 10 app in the System Tray. I had a Microsoft Mobile wireless mouse before, not BT. Sculpt Comfort BT mouse was a Christmas gift. I watch it pair/connect over and over. Checked out BT by taking a BT headset and connecting without any difficulty. The Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse is Paired but the 'Microsotf Hardware Bluetooth Device Properties' is not showing in Device Manager. Basically, every time the PC restarts o sleeps, the driver diesapears.
